Our Standards of Professional Conduct:
This code establishes clear and ethical parameters for all traders who engage in doing business with UTRADE INTERNATIONAL, INC. Failure to uphold these professional standards is grounds for temporary suspension or revocation of customer trade contract.
- UTRADE customers must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
- Customers must respect the professional reputation of other trade associations firms.
- Customers shall foster and maintain transparency (and particularly fairness and impartiality) in all matters relating to all business transactions with UTRADE.
- Customers shall strive to maintain and improve professional standards in the soft commodities industry and be willing to assist UTRADE to that end.
- Customers must respect the confidential relationship with other trade associations firms as well as the confidential nature of the client business relationship.
- Customers shall accept only those direct buyers representatives or mandates that he/she
has the ability to perform in a competent and professional manner with knowledge of the trade.
- Customers must not accept trade transactions evidencing a conflict of interest of third party.
- Customers must not engage in any illegal or sub-professional conduct during the course of a trading purchase transaction.
- Customers must avoid misleading information that would be detrimental to both buyers/reps or sellers/mandates.
10.Customers must comply at all times during a trade transaction with the rules and
regulations of The International Chamber of Commerce I.C.C.
